Rule 1
If you level something to +5 and tune it, and it does not have a good stat (crit rate/crit dmg usually), its not worth leveling more
Rule 2
If you have a good first stat and bad second stat, you can roll to 15+. If the second stat is bad, stop rolling.
By substat roll 3, you want minimum 2 good stats, and you can even be picky as to only roll if it has 3 decent stats.

Note: With a hyper carry Encore, your main priority should be your Resonance Liberation, as that is the majority of your damage.
Yinlin

Notes:- Most of Yinlin’s damage comes from her Forte Circuit, especially in AoE scenarios.
- Resonance Liberation is a decent chunk of her damage, so this should not be ignored.
- If you plan to have Yinlin as your Main DPS, leveling Basic Attack should be considered.
